He definitely getting more time and charges. Like he said how he wants to change how he reacts then reacts in the most outrageous way. This is why we need to encourage therapy and teaching kids how to regulate their emotions

There's alot to unpack in that situation. That young brother is mentally impaired with a history of violence and athletic ability, and the judge is sarcastically petty but correct in her sentencing judgment.
