I believe >that the inflation is already priced in crypto market since the end of last year. RioCan is still my largest holding. Became such during the pandemic as I averaged down huge. I still see this passing its old dividend by 2025 after a lot of this development comes to fruition

I currently own Plaza Reit...they have a good balance sheet and most of their stores are pharmacies and grocery stores. They also have a few retail stores into the mix.

The rent increase situation is mind boggling. Many cities have rent increased by 20% or more and they are not backing down. The high interest environment and aggressive immigration/refugee policy will probably make things worse. I think the rent cap in Ontario will be lifted in 2023. Many tenants will be surprised by their landlord😢
