I have a couple of rows of red raspberries and I am going to put in a strawberry bed between. Probably early strawberry variety as AC Wendy, as my raspberries (summer) ripen end of June. Two perenials. Thanks for the very nice video from which I have learned a lot.

I'n my cold winter climate of the high desert in southern Utah, I'm interplanting in a simple circular raised bed design (easy-to-assemble kit) that has the ability to grown year-round... covering with Agribon and plastic sheeting, as Eliot Coleman describes in the book _The Winter Harvest Handbook_

This is so awesome.... This is exactly what I have been looking for recently. Why waste the space? If there is fertility in the soil then let them eat!

Would the brassicas not harm the mycorrizal fungi that the tomatoes depend on?

inch distancing, and now it’s been 15 days since we have transplanted the tomato to field beds, can I now plant 3 garlics in between each tomato plant and along with it can I prepare Basil flat bed to plant it later with garlic in octagonal design spacing of 12 inches and along with garlic planting can 2 plants of marigold be planted on the side borders in between tomato gaps ?

Milpa, an old mexican Interplanting system, works really well too (corn, beans and squash)

I've had issues with dill suppressing corn when interplanted. Other companion issues to watch out for?

People always forget to mention that if you do interplanting you increase your water usage and even some time you need to adapt your dripping system.

STEVE !!! i have a working prototype for my soil block seedling planter i could use some input from a seasoned gardener so if you can give me some dimensions that would be preferable i would appreciate it !!! wheel base for the row to be planted. i understand they are 30 inch rows with four rows (6 inches apart) so would the tires be right on 30 inches ? i understand the length could be any size but would it be better to provide delivery for 30 foot long beds or 50 foot long beds for the average market gardener? this invention will have the ability to do four rows at once but i have to determine the strength needed and may have to 'drill assist'. inter-planting can be done but not as dense as your showing with the ability to deliver every 2, 4 and 6 inches on each row ! thanks if you can help me out !! writing up my application for provisional patent now and will be making a video once i have protection from being copied !!!! JOHN any other advice you can offer will be appreciated !

Interplantastic, if you had another fresh plot that would not be as fertile as established ones then would interplanting work?
