It is true that the typical Lega Nord voter can be identified as a conservative, not broad minded, hard worker, with lower educational degrees, but resort to reductio ad Hitlerum of the opponent who doesn't fit your paradigms, is likewise narrow minded and shows lack of knowledge.
What do you know about Italy, local politics, local culture, the social and economical crisis that this country is going through since decades? Do you know that “normal" people is fed up and angry the helplesness of law in front of the ever growing microcriminality in Italian cities?

Once, it happened in Rome, I saw a couple of despictable characters forcing a 12 years old girl to panhandle among tourists, I went to the Carabinieri station to report it, the officer I talked to was almost amused, and simply replied: "you know, we can arrest them today, and tomorrow they will be free men again." End of the story.
Told this, I must say that I am culturally and ideologically on the opposite side of Lega Nord or whatsoever yoy woul call a neonazi, but nevertheless I can understand that people can feel embittered and frustrated like this lady and try to take initiatives by their own, harming no one but the petty business of some ruthless individuals.
