I’m taking Ginko for vertigo. Vitamin D it seems to work less episodes of vertigo I do have diabetes and high blood pressure and I’m on Eliquis. See my doctor every six months no changes in my vitals so far things are good thank you for your information.

I took it with amlopodine in morning and dropped bp, specially diastolic lower than normal. made me feel light headed.didn't take it with food, so it hit me pretty hard. but i'm on second day taking it. the other day was afternoon. so probably just need to get use to it, also will see about taking it at night.

I've been taking it for almost a month now but I noticed my bowel movements started to be slow. it caused me constipation and I even felt tired and sleepy every after taking it. And I also observed my menstrual period didn't come as early as it always had. I don't know why? plus my eyesight became blurry 😢 maybe I need to stop taking it now. I only tried ginkgo because they said it can help improve the brain function.

So it really depends on the person.
Personally I might have to stop taking ginko because I took it for 7 days, and most of them I had some side effects:

like headache (in the front part of my brain), dizziness, weird blurred vision

do you know some other supplements that could help me improove my cognitive function? I really needed some brain help.

Hey doc. I've been taking sertraline for over 3 years now, that being said I didn't know that it could interfere with ginco . I feel like there's lots of pressure in my head. I'm gonna put ginco off for now and gradually come off sertraline then start taking it again. My body temperature is a bit high I think. Let you know if sth new happens.
