Ginko helps a LOT for focus, memory, energy, and treating anxiety. If you have "Brain Fog" or lack of focus from having COVID, it can help you regain your memory and confidence. It REALLY works.I have never had any negative side effects.*This is a personal review, I am not liscenced to give medical advice.

I heard from some students that it doesn't help them study at all and that they don't feel it. But I decided to give it a try. And it worked great! I use it to get rid of brain fog and focus on competitive gaming.

Is there any additional benefit to "high quality" Ginko Biloba? For example, Ginkgo Max 26/7 (26% ginko flavone glycocides/7% terpene lactones) in the product "Arches Tinnitus Formula" is being marketed as an superior blend to handle some problems like tinnitus, and even recommends a dosage of 240mg 2 times a day (480mg total).

Are there withdraw symptoms if someone decides to quit using the supplement (or unable to continue using the supplement)?

I used to take gingko daily when I was in door to door sales. I built a 4 man team and we wrote over half a million in 4 months

Absolutely love your content 🔥

I’ve just ordered Ginkgo Biloba, Rhodiola Rosea and Omega 3 Fish Oil. Do you think taking them together will be safe? 😂

Do you know anything about the invitro study where they tested Ginkgo, St. Johns Wort, and Echinacea and found that they made the eggs impossible to fertilize and decreased sperm motility?

That was awesome Zach! Could you please do a video on vinpocetine and huperzine A? Also, although not a supplement, I'd like to know about your experience with Aniracetam if you've tried it. Thanks.

I've been taking ashwagandha and ginko on alternating days and getting good results. Tolerance stays in check with both that way. Do you think that is an effective strategy long term?
