I was in a diabetitic coma in 2015, when I came out of it I lost the ability to speak clearly with anything other than single sylable words, I also lost my coordination, as such I can no longer drive. I first filed for disability in 2017, appeal after appeal my claim is still ongoing. I appreciate your videos.

Had my hearing May 29th. My judge let my attorney ask all the questions. My attorney went over all of my daily struggles and issues but we never discussed me losing jobs over my health, etc. However, the Vocational Expert was very helpful, she testified that there are NO JOBS that I can do. One hypothetical was data entry but then she told the judge I have to keep my legs elevated at chair level so I can't even do data entry, zero jobs availability to me. I pray so hard Im approved.

I did just telephone hearing. Yes! I fid sn outline!! The judge had a list of my meds. Everything he's saying is spot on! I wasn't allowed to record, but my wife stayed quiet and took notes. The judge did ask if anyone else was present, and I told him my wife was there. He said it was fine, just do not record, but nothing about taking notes.

I was blessed to be granted ssd. The judge was very nice.

Y'all, answer the question asked. Do not elaborate. The awkward silence between questions, just roll with it.

I was lucky i got an good attorney and the best judge 10 years ago. He did not let anyone bully me or stress me out since i was already having trouble with IBS. I was told that morning that I was going to receive my ssi.

My judge told me to expect a decision by mail in a week or 2 it's been 15 days but i understand it can take much longer, My question is, Is this a good thing or a bad thing? It's probably as hard for anyone to tell as it is for me. I can say i was honest and humble yes your honor no your honor and thanked him for taking the time to hear me out in conclusion. The EV said there were some hypothetical openings that allow sit/stand at will and the judge asked how many days can be missed before firing she answered 8 days. It didn't go far after that and i amazingly done everything good so far like described here without a lawyer but I'm patient by nature and was raised to be respectful.
