This is a great video! The tips apply not only to Russian, but to any foreign language. Listening and immediately repeating (aka shadowing) is a great way to improve your accent.

I started learning Russian 2 months ago and most of the time my language exchange partners said my pronunciations were clear and Russians would have no problems understanding what i said. I didn't ask them how my accent was though.
So the way I practise my pronunciation is to speak it out loud whenever I watch learning videos and using learning apps e.g. Memrise, Busuu and LingQ. So far I like Memrise the most as it contains video for every sentence so you look at people's mouth when they speak. This is especially useful when it comes to some difficult pronunciations. Other than that, I also listen to Russian music everyday which was the reason that got me into learning Russian))
Before started learning the language I've listened to Russian music for half a year, not every single day but still I think this gave me the opportunity to be familiar with the sounds and pronunciations of Russian. And recently since I've discovered lots of songs that I like I started looking at the lyrics while listening and singing along with it. It definitely help with my pronunciation and accent in an effortless and enjoyable way. Plus, not mentioning you get to see some most common words each time.

Do you understand in russian at listening absolutely everything?

Actually What Languages do you know, dude? especially english, how did you mastered that? In general i understand absolutely everything when im watching, listening english, but im not well at speaking. Btw im russian native speaker, but i am not russian, can you guess? How why? 😅

Great tips on improving accents! One small thing, there is no such country as Belarussia, it doesn’t exist. Belarus is the only correct version.
