At one point I had fallen away.. I felt distant and afraid. I prayed and cried out to him to forgive me and change me. I was outside under our tree to read his word and prayed for guidance with his word.. as I was going to the New Testament the wind blew and flipped the pages all the way to the Old-testament it landed on Joshua 1:9 which was marked since the first time I surrendered to Christ. I’m sure you all know that verse. Later that day after reading his word I got ready and was driving to work.. I continued calling out to GOD to answer me and forgive me! I turned the radio on and like clock work Charles Stanley comes on and resides Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you to be strong and courageous for Jehovah is with you wherever you go. I broke down crying cause I knew that was no coincidence he had answered me. GOD is merciful and faithful. Nothing can take us away from his hands. Confess and ask for forgiveness. He know we’re not perfect. I love you Abba Father!

The Apostle Paul went through many similar challenges. God is faithful, even if other believers seem very unfaithful. Here was Paul's encouragement (2 Corinthians 1:8-9)- "We were crushed and overwhelmed beyond our ability to endure, and we thought we would never live through it. In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, we stopped relying on ourselves and learned to rely only on God, who raises the dead."

It's good you realize there is a disconnect.
God never moved, you did. Now that this bothers you BELIEVE !. Believe in the ability of the Holy Spirit to realign you to Him self. Seek the Lord even though it feels empty and one sided. You have repentance in your heart and God is faithful and just to forgive and restore you to a right relationship back to Himself. May richly bless you with His presence my beloved.

Praise God!!! Sometimes i feel so unworthy to repent and it just makes me sad. But everytime I do call on the name of Jesus and talk to God like I'm his daughter because I am everytime I do He shows up and always comforts me. I need prayer please. Thank you and God Bless you! God is the Shepherd who protects us and saves from danger.... when we go astray he shall search for even one lost sheep to pull back, love, care and tend to that lamb and He rejoices when He brings back his sheep to the flock. May God bring back all his people on earth who have strayed away due to malpractices and bad habits...No one is perfect. There's always a chance to correct oneself and restart a new life to bring glory to GOD!!
