Shouldn't have gone is present perfect. It is used when we talk about a past regret.
Shouldn't went is wrong. You can say I shouldn't go....which is talking about a future idea.

@hotguylover619 you MUST use the past participle when talking about regrets in the past! you cannot say I should have went....it is wrong!
