You are trusting in your works. The truth of the gospel is that if you believe on Christ you are saved. The gate is narrow because Jesus is the only way. Few find it necause they rely on there works and dont trust in Christs finished work on the cross. Your works are filthy rags. Anything you do or dont do after salvation is reward or loss of reward. Trust in Christ my man and you are saved, trust in your works and the Lord will say I do not know you, just like the Pharisees.

Salvation is a gift not a reward. Believing is all that’s required. Funny enough you headline might have some truth as most Christians believe they need works to be saved

Jesus please give me strength I seem to bear the weight of the world on my shoulders as a single mom, I often face challenges that can seem insurmountable especially with raising two children with special needs. Friend, no law keeping will do anything. It’s only by simply believing in Christ that you are saved, that’s the work of God John 6:29 + John 6:38-40 + 1 John 3:23-24. Don’t burden yourself, Christ isn’t, Galatians 5:1. The narrow gate is indeed Christ hence Faith alone but He leads to open pastures for us to rest in.
