Best Way to Keep Your Shirt Tucked in (ALL DAY)

What's up guys today I'm showing you what I would consider the best 3 methods for keeping your shirt tucked in throughout the day.

#1 - The Military Tuck

I'm sure many of you are familiar with this one. I myself learned about it at an early age and executed it wrong for years. There were little details in this style of shirt tuck that I just wasn't figuring out. I would consider this an effective short-term tucking solution. I say short-term because You'll almost never make it through the whole day with a military tuck. You'll find yourself readjusting it again and again as the day progresses.

This is a really great idea that (IMO) works really well. I was skeptical of how well these could actually hold your shirt down but after using them for months I'm 100% convinced of their effectiveness. These come in pairs and the magnets clamp onto your shirt and use the belt to prevent the shirt from sliding up any further. So obviously you'll need a belt for these to work but I imagine in most situations where you're wearing a dress shirt you'll have a belt.

The one place where these do fall a little short is during any quick moments of "excessive" movement. If you raise your arms above your head, for example, that should be enough force to pull the Magnetucks apart. However, I find that those moments are few and far between and this product makes up for any shortcomings by being the most convenient and comfortable solution on this list.

These are hands down the most effective solution for keeping that shirt tightly tucked all day no questions asked. I'm currently testing out a pair of KK&Jay stays and so far I've had no problems with them. The secure at two points on the shirt and then one point on your socks to lock the shirt into place.

Admittedly they can become somewhat uncomfortable throughout the day. So I've found my self-using a combination of these and the magnetucks more and more depending on how long of a day I'm planning on having. For example, if I have a long work day ahead of me I'll probably use magnetucks because they'll be more comfortable for a longer period of time.

If I'm going to a wedding or a meeting then I'll probably use the shirt stays because I won't have to wear them all day.

I never knew of the military tuck. Thanks 👍
I have two different kinds of shirt stays (socks and thighs), but like you stated; they’re a pain.

Where do you recommend getting shirts tailored?

I have a wide back, a 34" waist and a 40" ass, my hips absolutely refuse to stay in my pants and it's frustrating the amount of time I spend tucking in. I guess I'll try shirt stays cause there's *no room* in the hips of my pants for magnets.

I can't believe we live in a time and age where we need instructions to tuck a shirt.
