Thanks @JuneBee9606 for the question about how to add new data to Microsoft PowerPoint Charts when your data range isn't already highlighted in the excel pop window. Just take your mouse and drag the highlighted range down the number of cells you need. Or insert a row in the middle of your data range at the point where you need to include new data.
