It says that you can use MMS for group chat to text multiple people but I'm unsure what that means or if it will support group chat of a group I'm already texting in or not. Thanks for the video!

I just got this phone for my senior mother... she's very adept at flip phones, but there's no way to save a photo from a text message. The last Alcatel worked great until it wore out. Is it a software issue? Should we take it back to Metro?

Bought this phone been using it a month now. I would NOT recommend based on the following:

1. Texting: I use KT9 predictive text and this phone does NOT work well with predictive texting. To use it, if you wanted to write the word "dad", you would type "323" as usual. But then the phone makes you take a secondary step to select the word "dad" instead of just inserting the word "dad". If you don't select the word, then it will input the numbers (in this case 323). IT MAKES YOU DO THIS FOR EVERY SINGLE DUMB.

2. Viewing attachments in MMS: if a friend sends you a photo, you will NOT be able to view it without saving the file first to your images. Then you have to exit out of messaging and open up your image gallery to view the image. YOU HAVE TO DO THIS EVERY TIME SOMEONE SENDS YOU A PICTURE/IMAGE. SO DUMB.

Otherwise, I think this is a fine phone. I hate these two faulty features so much I would NOT ever recommend this phone to anyone. Think about it, every time you want to text someone, it's a headache.

Been watching a number of your vids the past few days as I'm simply tired of carrying around a big phone. I'd purchase the unihertz jelly but my carrier doesn't like them🙂. Flips and candybar style are ok but the reviews on some of them don't convince me enough to take the plunge (short battery life, glitchy apps, unreliable support, etc). Any phone recommendations would be greatly appreciated🙂.
