I just bought a Zx6R and having both front/lowered 2". I think I was told that having them set at different heights could cause some issues.

im 54 and grew up dirt only as well. BUT i went 31 years no bikes, got into race car. i got my first street bike a new Z900 then new dual sport KLX 300. IM ready for clip on bars and bought a 2022 636 black over twilight blue. letting dealer change a few things, damn little LED blinkers are hold up and im un patiently waiting! lol

I bought the blue one. It’s all that was available and it looks generic. Your paint scheme is awesome! It reminds me of the 1989 zx6, like a throwback color. First thing I did was change the oil! It makes a world of difference with the quick shifter and shifting into first from neutral if you put some quality oil in it. I used motul 300v and it rides so much better.

Is it not required to take a course there before riding? Where I live, it was required to pass a bike course before I could get my license.

Nice bike. All of the red accents really make that bike pop. I know all about the zx6r, I own a 2021 and never get tired of this bike.
