Check out these Breakfast French Toast Roll Ups. They make such a great easy breakfast! I used sausages and American burger cheese and dipped them in Ketchup! But you can use a sauce of your choice!

I remember I did this from Tik tok in Lockdown. They turned out so good!

Ingredients:
1 slice of bread
2 eggs
80ml milk
Salt
1 slice of American cheese
½ slice of bacon
1 sausage

1) Cut the crusts off of your slice of bread.

2) Flatten the slice with a rolling pin.

3) Whisk together the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt.

4) Place the cheese slice on your bread and put the bacon and sausage at the bottom.

5) Roll it up tightly.

6) Dunk the roll in the egg mixture until it is fully covered.

7) Toast it on a medium heat until golden brown on each side.

8) Enjoy!
