Starkiller had the kind of power I was hoping we'd see from Luke in the Last Jedi.

Starkiller is probably my favorite force user, because he's basically a light-side character who has no fear whatsoever of the dark side, because he's seen it all, and there are no temptations.

The question remains, was Starkiller the original Galen Marek all along & Not a clone?
If you remember in 1st Force Unleashed, around 6mnths passed, an we had a Galen Marek wake up on that ship that Vader wanted to kill every witness to him escaping after Galen had been struck by Vader to deceive the Emperor, of that small timeskip who isn't to say the emperor actually killed a clone to which the clones memories returned to the original Galen Marek on Kamino,
If thats the case Vader perfected the ultimate force sensitive soldier, without having to destroy the original.

Let’s face it. We were shown how strong with the force he is when he yoinked Vader’s lightsaber from his hand with the force when he was like 5. And Vader when Vader was facing off against Galen’s dad he thought the other force energy nearby was Galen’s dad’s master, but it was in fact him.

I firmly believe that Galen is the perfect representation of a grey jedi and the meaning of the famous quote saying <<there is no side in the force, only the heart of the user>>.
I think that throughout his journey he come to a personal understanding of the force in wish the more the user accept his feelings the more he know about himself and so does not loose himself in power and so can truly develop both "side" of rhe force and so can truly rise above every one else

Don't forget he was also able to imbue his lightsabers with force lighting in combat.

Actually Sidious kinda saw Sfarkiller with such promise who had the force potential to either be his successor or equal which very few have not even Malgus had that yeah.
