Strawberry Cheesecake

2 packages cream cheese room temp
1Tablespoon vanilla
1 14 oz can Sweetened condensed milk
1 can strawberrie pie filling
1 pre made gram cracker pie crust

I followed these instructions exactly and I got runny cheesecake. I made another but added heavy cream after whipping it stiff and finally a great cheesecake was made.

Yes this is the same recipe I use and I also used the can strawberry pie filling on top and it's oooh so good! I heated my pie filing up a tad and put on top when pie was set. My recipe has lemon juice. But one time I forgot the lemon juice by accident and it was still delicious.

My grandma taught me to make this as a child. The only difference is she added lemon juice.I loves how rich and sweet this pie is❤

I love this one no bake cheesecake. My grandma(RIH) taught me how to make this( with the lemon juice.) She called it lemon icebox pie. She's from MS.!
