Hi David, Can you do a video/blog in your website, explaining how Reading Books helps in learning, memory and cognitive functions. What happens in brain when we read for 30-60 minutes everyday and what are best ways/timing to read. Science based evidence supporting the claim of called "Brain Exercising" and what are its limitation/shortfalls which can be supplemented with Nootropics. This would a great topic, as many experts relate this as brain exercising. Appreciate your insights to community.

@NootropicsExpert Hi David, a question about Bacopa Monneri (Brahimi).

I’ve been trying Nature’s Answer 500mg Bacopa Capsules & Himalaya 650mg tablets.
Himalaya has 3, 300 mg of “organic” bacopa root powder in one caplet. However it’s only 100mg of 24% bacopa sapoins.

Natures Answer has 20% standardized, bacosides 20mg and 400mg of bacopa monneri (herb).

What values should I look at, and what is the biggest differences between these two products.

Thank you

My short term memory went south after an accident causing Lateral Whiplash. No answers yet to repair this. Any ideas? Thanks I have found that Rhodiola did put a stop to it in getting worse but nothing to improve it.

Hello David

What nootropics would you recommend for working memory specifically?
I tried creatine and L Tyrosine and had some good results.

Any thoughts on Chlorella & Spirulina? I heard Spirulina is not good for you because it gives your body fake vitamin B, but I heard Chlorella is good for you. Any thoughts on this? Or do you take either?

David, what's your take on Genius Consciousness? I've been taking this for a a couple years now. It has Huperzine A in it which should help stave off memory issues later in life. I've tried other supplements, but keep returning to genius consciousness for the boost in clarity I can feel all day. I'm able to remember numbers and things which shock my employees as well as myself. I haven't seen your review on it though. I'm curious too what your thoughts are on phosphatidylcholine.

Hello David, Great video!!! I am new to nootropics and I was wondering if it’s better to use extract or 100% pure form. I bought some Ginkgo and it’s 100% pure no other ingredients and I am also interested in buying some other nootropics like Bacopa but just wanna be sure what’s the best form. Thanks
