Anyone else ashamed of how skinny they are when chaning clothes in school, swiming and having short pants. So painful bro. I have eaten a lot but non weight gained.

Edit: first of all, Ive NEVER had this many likes so THANK YOU and its heartwarming to see I'm not the only one struggling. I keep noticing how many say stuff like "so you rather be fat?" Or stuff like that and i forgot to mention that i have a REALLY fast metabolism.... like I've looked the same my whole life. I've slowly started gaining a tiny bit of muscle through push ups, but im still just as thin...so yeah...even if i sat around and did nothing, my body wont let me get fat

People with normal metabolism they don’t understand that “Eating more” isn’t that easy.

We can’t just force ourselves to eat

Im sick and tired of ppl asking me "you do drugs?"

Im 6'3 and 130lbs. I went to see a doctor yesterday and found out that my thyroid is fucked up. That means my body cannot control the amount of hormone coming thru my body. Thats why I burn calories alot faster than regular people.
