I've been using turmeric, ginger and honey for over 4 years now. I've also been seizure free over 4 years now. I'm even off a lot of my prescription medications and doing great!!

I'm 41 I had pain in my knees and my hips. I would wake up at night with my hips and knees hurting so bad. My knees would hurt walking up the steps. I have been taking turmeric and cayenne pepper in a little unsweetened apple sauce and I have no more pain it took it completely away. Its amazing highly recommend it!! My husband takes it. And I talked my parents into taking it they have health issues.

I boil mine with ginger/turmeric root and pepper to optimize absorbtion and steep with green tea. With a lil lemon it's a wonderful thing 👍🏾.

I'm eating a pot of buckwheat, Tri-colour quinoa, chickpeas, frozen garden peas, vegetable stock cube, mixed herbs, rosemary, black pepper, sea salt, paprika, ground ginger, Turmeric, cayenne pepper, butter and extra virgin olive oil and it is sooo yummy and healthy !! 😍😍😍😍😍

I do a quarter cup of warm water, tbsp honey, tbsp lemon juice, tsp of black pepper, ground ginger, ground tumeric, and cayenne pepper to make a health shot. I suffer from facial palsy and this has helped so much. I’ve stopped certain medications as well because of this.

One whole lemon the whole lemon even the peel a half a glass of water a piece of ginger half a shot glass apple cider vinegar 3 cloves is some fennel seed blend it up into a paste it will last 5 days drinking on an empty stomach and a very small glass of water like 4 oz

i felt my well being starting to wang so ive started mixing acv a teaspoon each cyanne pepper and turmeric a dash hym pink salt some cracked black pepper then for sweetness a dash apple cider with good water It has been a great blessing though i think i need to do it twice a day for now Great video thank you for sharing information

You can’t substitute cayenne fir black pepper to absorb curcurmin, There is no piperine in Cayenne, only capsaicin.

I make a soup for lunch 5 days a week I use cilantro and carrots I cut it up about a half a cup of both 3 garlic cloves cut it up add a little bit of dried minced garlic black pepper turmeric and cayenne pepper half a tablespoon boil it and then eat it and drink the juice with it

Without piperine you are unlikely to absorb enough curcurmin from your gut into bloodstream. Piperine is contained in black pepper, that’s why you need pepper with curcurmin.. Forget about complicated drinks, just sprinkle it on food, along with pepper.
