Please note I have spent many years and time getting to know each of my bosses and this list is to be used as a guideline more than a for-sure thing. Not ever thing on this list will mean your boss is unbearable and you should leave, some things can be worked on if your boss is willing to admit fault and better themselves.
I really hope this helps you to spot the potentially bad traits your boss has and help you to make a more wise decision in where you'd like to work.

What I don't like favouritism is that the "Boss" makes his Favourites as an unofficial "underboss" from which they would gain some sort of "authority".

Awesome! I had some major bad bosses in the past, especially ones that don't acknowledge you at all or not giving you more tasks.

I am a manager but my boss is the owner. She’s not consistent with anyone anymore. She’s a workaholic and constantly whines about how much she has to do. I feel like she’s lost confidence in me because she’s been trying to hire someone and hasn’t because someone is leaving. She could give me some of her properties to manage and she hasn’t. Instead she lowered my salary for losing a property. She’s lost many properties lately so it’s not me, it’s her lack of technology and not keeping up with what people want. So I’m quietly looking for other opportunities

Wow you described my former manager. A person who claimed was a geek squad manager when in reality they are what you call case manager....not a manager of people but a manager of order taking but our HR recruiters still gave her the job of a people manager where those 14 signs still display and HR still hasn't done anything about it....
