What in case Driver is already updated and installed?

Keyboard doesn't show up under troubleshooting. But guess what. Now it miraculously started working again after I did nothing. When I tried to update the drivers, it said the best one was already installed. How weird - and annoying. I need a reliable computer, not one whose keyboard suddenly stops working for no reason.

Tip to use troubleshooter is good. But video ends before he gets the message that no driver found or that the latest is already installed. Then what.

what to do if it says that the best driver is already installed in your device

Here's what worked for me:
1) select "I forgot pin"
2) follow instructions, but select "cancel" when asked if you want to change pin
3) go to settings, choose "accounts" then select "sign-in options"
4) choose "windows hello pin" then select "change"
5) check the box that says "include letters & symbols" then create new password
6) after creating new password, turn laptop off or lock it
7) power on the laptop & type in new password that you just created

My pad and keyboard work in safemode but the v, b, f, g, r, t, 4, 5 quit on normal mode at login screen and in windows. tried updating drivers bios firmware new windows 10 iso install. new keyboard. was originally win 8 ..works in notepad also though

Thank you and I did exactly like that. It worked. Also, If u screen light died, just unplug and plug it again. (Cause keyboard or mouse won’t turn it on).
I need to add up the warranty now just to be safe. Just in case.
