Why was General Grievous So Weak in the Clone Wars? Why was General Grievous So Weak in the Clone Wars? The visible weakness of General Grievous, is mostly due to the nature of his creation. Whilst many have referred to injuries sustained in a duel with Mace Windu, this only occurred mere days before the rescue of the Chancellor, and at the end of the clone war. In the book Star Wars Labyrinth of Evil, his master Dooku was in his castle on Kaon, and when he thought about the droid General, he could not think of many Jedi that could defeat him, but the Sith had held back from teaching Grievous all of his secrets. Even though Grievous defeated Council members such as Ki-Adi Mundi and Shaak Ti, factors such as fatigue, and the objective of the Jedi’s mission, make these victories less of an achievement. The reality was that Grievous was a minion of the Sith, similar to Asajj Ventress, albeit one who had a natural hatred for Jedi. Be sure to subscribe for more content.
