What's more impressive than dueling grievous and not dying is when kit fights and his lekku/ head tendrils don't get severed by a lightsaber. His spacial awareness is off the charts

Kit Fisto's quick death at the hands of Palpatine was extremely disappointing especially after watching&re-watchin SWTCW. He should have at least lasted alongside Mace Windu fighting Palpatine for a bit longer, not get cut down like a Padawan learner.

Fisto didn't "defeat" grevoius. He fought very well and yes grevoius deemed him a significant threat and started using all 4 sabers, something he did with ahsoka aswell.
