Social skill is nothing if there's still so many insecurity in the man, he should fix the insecurity in the first place. Because if your mindset is fucked up and you have poor self image, woman can feel your energy. Period

Hello I'm trying to improve. But first I'm overweight and lack social skills. Recently I'm starting to exercise and eat better. The lacking of social skills is just with women. I kind talk to friends just fine but kind of freeze up and talk formally to all women. Them being girlfriends of friends, or people I casually know. I've read some of the book but only got to the point of the squire where you should develop yourself. So should I try and be willing to try for a month on my self improvement? Like one video says? Should my Step one be able to consistently eat healthy and work out?

When you say go out every Friday or Saturday, do you mean go to bars or clubs? What if you got a group of guys and said, let's go to the city and approach women. Wouldn't that be also a form of practicing if you do it every week a couple times a week?

My best tip in the clubs = dont talk to the girls, just approach them smile to them and look them in the eyes.. as you come closer and she answers you with glance, just kiss her ! easy, done it several times. Have to bee in the right mode. U cant even speak in the clubs, to high volume. Talking in pubs clubs just waist of time, go to a dinner place or cafeteria or super market.
