Pronterface - FIX - Unable to Enter Filament Extrusion Length and Speed

Hi, sorry, I have a problem with wanhao duplicator i3 plus. Stepper motor for z axises have got some issue. LH z-motor seems to go slower than RH z-motor within a small lenght, so the z axis is not able to go up with the same speed at LH and RH. Have you had never issue like this? thank you in advance!
