Guys, if your cells have more than one word(first name, last name, etc) you have to add quotes to it.
Example: using the same example that the instructor gave, the first cell should be
="MD """&A1&""""
This will sort it.

guys stuff that has slashes in them like / or even anything with things that windows does not let you name a folder the MD will not make a folder those characters are ( \ / : * ? " < > | ). Also, if there is spaces in between words then it will turn them into seperate folders. Hope this helps

Is there a way to batch move documents on desktop to move into these folders without the standard highlight to move, or cut and paste? For example, if I have a student name JOHN SMITH and I have a lot of various documents in the name JOHN SMITH.
