Sometimes the idea of hearing from God can feel illusive but when you know what to look for, you'll quickly realize God is talking more than you make think! Through the video, I share what some of these methods of communication with God have looked like for me in my walk with Him and I also share how some of these forms of communication from God have shown up in the Bible. for me: God most consistently speaks to me through The Bible!! and i would looove to experience hearing from God through a vision!

Dreams seem to be God's way of communicating with me...also through others. Like I'll be going through something and I be listening to a radio or podcast, and the person will seem to speak directly to my situation. It no longer creeps me out...now I just say "okay Lord, thank you!" Lol...He's so sweet and patient with us. ❤

The Lord usually speaks to me through dreams/visions, through others, and his word. We would definitely love a part 2.

You hit the nail on the head with the very first one! I have recently started to pray before reading my Bible and the last thing I usually say is “Lord you know better than I what I need most, please lead me to your word.” Then I will open my Bible to what he leads me to and I promise EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s exactly what I need. I’m literally crying typing this because it really shows me Gods love for me and I’m so humbled & grateful.

Aw! God has spoken to me many times. One moment that always makes me tear is when I was a PCA at a hospital. I had a very sick patient. He was using a high flow of oxygen, water in his lungs, every movement left him out of breath. He was my patient for a week and a half? Anyways, I went out of my way to make him feel
Comfortable (I really cared for him). I purposely picked up a 12 hour shift on Father’s Day (I don’t have a good relationship with my father). Before my shift ended I saw him getting out of bed and I tried to get him back in bed because he was struggling so much. But he refused and kept getting up to give me a hug. I have received hugs before but wow the hug my patient gave me felt so different. I cried ALL NIGHT. I truly believe God gave me a hug through my sick patient . God knew I was in so much pain on Father’s Day and he knew I needed that hug. Specifically from a male. I didn’t know I needed it, nor did I know I was in pain. It’s so beautiful that God did that for me. Because I feel so guilty having so much resentment towards my father but God knowing my heart still decided to give me the hug. He’s so beautiful loves me no matter what. I know one day I need to forgive my father but for right now the best decision is to keep him out of my life and just pray for his saving. I know God is listening and the saving will come on his timing.

Through dreams! I always wanted that audible voice experience I’ve seen some people describe but thinking about it … maybe not. I realised that it’s just a blessing to be able to hear from God in any way He sees fit. Thankful and grateful for videos like this!

I hear god through my thoughts usually it's something I can't get out of my head. Especially when it doesnt make sense to me. If its a reply its usually at a random time so I know for sure it is him. He has a calm voice.

My favourite instance of hearing from God is through mental pictures, imagery that sometimes appears in my mind during prayer. I usually don't understand them at first, but He walks me through if I ask.

For example, I'm struggling with my self-image and a gnarly, crooked olive tree once came to me.

"Okaaay? Lord, please explain?"

I sensed that His reply was:
"Would you prefer a picture-book tree?" (Leafy, rich, perfectly straight...)

Me: "Of course not! That would be creepily artificial!"

I am quite fond of olive trees. They are often twisted, greyish, rough and generally unappealing, but they have character. Their beauty lies in their age, in their longstanding presence, in weathering out centuries of storms... in their experience.

So does my beauty lie in my history, experiences and choices which shaped my character and left their (sometimes unappealing) traces.

Crazy. When you spoke about God speaking to you through other people. This message and video literally spoke to me. I’m working on my relationship with my ex, i made a mistake and working hard and praying to get her back. This message speaks to me because I also work abroad in South Korea and this was definitely a sign from God. Thank you.

He speaks to me in several ways. Sometimes through visions, sometimes through other people, sometimes through numbers, and mostly when I asked Him for clarity on something He will answer by showing me that thing consistently, whether on tv or through youtube or so.. Lately I have been dreaming a lot also. Just dont know how to interpret them yet.
