Great video, just a small correction when you explained the spectrogram you mentioned that brighter areas signify high frequency and darker ones signify low frequencies. The brightness, in general, corresponds to the energy "loudness" at a particular time for a particular frequency. So you can have low frequency with high energy.

I'm wondering whether there is a minor mistake in the explanation of the spectrogram. She says "the bright areas signify high frequencies" but frequency is plotted vertically. The colour indicates amplitude (volume) as per the key to the far right.
Happy to be corrected if I got that wrong.
