you really out here making the actual best scouting video tips and ones that are not common and are actually kinda fun doing it in a different way but also produces som amazing talent. I love your videos keep up with these type of videos and even the update on your build a nation i dont watch your stream as i dont get teime but i love watching your update videos

Been playing FM for almost a decade now, and this has been THE BEST youth scouting video I've ever seen. So simple, so straightforward - yet maximum output. Love it.

Subbed & liked, just coz even if you never make a good video again (judging by the other comments on here, I know that's not true), you still deserve it.

Have witnessed how much time this has saved this man compared to the old method on stream, seems to still turn up top, top talent, potentially even better since players not getting called up to youth national sides for the variety of reasons they may not still get hit along with the players you would have scouted before. Plus being able to skip the step of doing the initial one week to find out a player is around 1 star CA with 2 star PA because you already know enough to not que them along with all their team mates from the team report is pretty massive.

Great video as usual @SecondYellowCard. Video idea - How to build a Scouting network at a tiny Club. As someone who is going to do saves as Cork City and Termalica in Poland I'd like to know how to build up my Scouting Network//Budget. I know that both you and Zealand have encouraged us to build Scouting Networks but I don't think either of you have done a video about how to do it. This would be really useful for a noob. Thanks, much appreciated.

Unfortunately it looks like you can no longer add columns to the Team Report Priorities view in FM24. Other than that, awesome video!

Looking awesome, but! One thing :) In the shortlist you didn't tick the interested in transfer option at all, so that leaves the question how many of these players your club would actually attract. But other than that, wow! Great job, man.

Great video Matt! I'm 7 years into a save and just won EPL for the first time but, despite having 23 scouts (!!), they're still missing out to our rivals on some of the best wonderkids through the recruitment focuses I've set up. So I'm going to give this a go instead!

How do you get squad size in the team report priorities. I don't see any option to edit the view.

FM will not let me add a custom column like Squad Size into the Scout Coverage > Team Report Priorities screen. What am i doing wrong?
