Should i remove the plastic film on the thermal pads even if i don't have an nvme occupying a particular slot? I only need one of the three slots that are available to me and I was wondering if i should just remove the plastic film from all of the thermal pads or just the ones from the slot my firecude 530 is currently occupying. Couldn't i just preserve my unused thermal pads? Or do i risk damaging something?

30 seconds to start up? 44 seconds to restart??? why is it so slow? I have an i5 11400, uhd 730 and a western digital black gen 3 ssd and my pc starts up in under 10 seconds and restart about 15 seconds

for me cs:go takes just 27 sec to start and am using a normal 1 TB HDD ??? (i9 10900k, 16GB 3600mhz, GTX 1660super)

I have a i9 10900k with a RTX 3080 FE, 32GB 3200mhz ram and my pc takes 20 seconds to boot (win11) (I’m using a 1TB 970 evo plus for my boot) (Samsung 980 pro for games and stuff) So I think ur right and win11 favors Intel a lot more. I also have a lot of programs on boot as well.

on Firecuda 530 2TB I get 5500MB/s black magic disk speed test and 6500MB/s in crystal disk mark and 800MB/s file transfer to Samsung touch t7 not quite 7500MB/s reviews state

Is Win 11 really that incredibly slow for bootup?
Around 30s is what my 4 year old Win 10 setup with a Crucial SATA SSD takes.
Gosh, Win 11 is such a worthless POS. lmao
