One NVMe SSD consumes 4 PCIe lanes. For 6 NVMe SSDs 24 lanes needed to get potential performance of NVMe SSD.
How many PCIe lanes does this CPU have? 8? 16?

Massive waste of money unless you're running some fiber to the back of that. The drives will die far faster than an HDD in a NAS, and the increased data transfer will be completely lost in anything but a double 10g connection on Cat 8. To utilize all that power (Which I'm not debating. That's some hella through-put potential) you're going to need some data center grade routers and cabling.

There is a newer version - FS6712X, which has 12 M.2 NVMe drives. Cant find any info on the PCIe lanes.
