i figured it out without using ODBC which gives driver error, but for this tutorial you should have also shown excel sheet how it looks....

Apki date format change ho gyi hai. Use correct karne ka option Btaiye. Baki Sab to complete ho gya. If date is 29-03-2018 then it shows 2018-03-29. How to solve this.
