Dear Sir,
You can rename the photo with your EmpID/SrNo and in excel enter the Photo Link in 'I2' cell as Photo\\1.jpg and in the 'I3' cell you just enter the formula "=I2+1", then that cell will be \\Photo\\2.jpg, now just drag the formula to all the fields(it will be \\Photo\\3.jpg, 4.jpg etc.,
No, need to create a link for each and every photo.
