I ALWAYS cut open tubes. Especially lotion. Lotion literally has weeks more lotion for my hands. I just cover it with a Ziploc bag so it doesn't dry out.

I've been making my own bread for the last week and I love it. So much cheaper and healthier than store bought. I also use every bit of the tube.😁

I recently saved up and got a "Berkey" instead of buying bottled water. I use a refillable water bottle for "on the go". With the Berkey You can use Tap water, or even water off your roof/downspouts. It can be quite expensive upfront, BUT it has already paid for itself in no time. I just refill it maybe 2 times a week.

I’ve been baking my own bread for years. I put in different things to give me a large variety of tastes. I usually bake the artisan bread, you can make them within 4 hours. Certain flavors taste better if left to rise overnight.

When i take a shower, i turn the water off while i put soap on my body and hair and turn the water on again to wash the soap down. That saves me heaps of water and energy. Same when i wash my hands. I wet my hands, turn the water off, clean my wet hands with soap, turn the water on again and wash the soap down. When brushing my teeth, i never let the water on and go down the drain for nothing

So I went to a store called Dirt Cheap the other night and expected to get a deal. I found a lot of things I needed thinking they were "dirt cheap". Most of the stuff looked like returns and the store was a mess and things were missing from the products so I thought I had found some really cheap things so I'd be saving a lot....hahaha. That wasn't the case. I got to the counter and handed the cashier my open box drink coasters. I flipped the item over and it they prices it at $100! 😂😂😂 so the guy looks at me and says he's going to give me a 30% discount. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 this item alone looked like you'd find it in the bottom of a dumpster or at the thrift store for $1. I laughed and walked out.
