every second in any video here is a must-have knowledge, I think the reason why you are still uploading while getting few views, is the stage of awareness and integrated knowledge you have, so you don, t need validation anymore, and you know that narrowing the niche will make you relatable for fewer people but you chose this, you have no idea how grateful I am.

Thanks for the ides.
Some concepts I arrived at on my own, but never was able to define why and how they work clearly.

Brother, I also ask the same question 'how do I came to the conclusion ' each time after making or answering a question. This way its helps to rethink about all the fine details that made up the answer.

Just because you can't explain your answer doesn't mean you are incorrect. Subconscious reasoning finds the answer from your experience and learning and you just know you are correct based upon the rule system you have built.

This video is amazing but my ADHD won't let me watch it because of the pacing. I've had to rewind so many times.

Nah, this is not how you learn to learn! I don't see any structure or useful framework here!
Each subject has structure of steps. I'll spill only the most important bean of the steps: building blocks!
But before learning any "fact/knowledge/subject", you need to be prepared with cognitive functions abilities: logic, visualization, physical cordinations, pattern recognition, curiosity, information filtering.. Those can be trained with independent small activities, or incorperated/parallel with learning knowledge (most benefitial during the early ages before 7)
Most important factors to learning are: INTEREST, CURIOSITY, mindfulness, focus, and humility. Ask dr.Google any question you might have to the T! Sumerize what you've learnt with a "mind-map". If it's procedural memory, there's no other way but to keep practicing those "muscles" using "techniques". Techniques don't make much scientific sense yet, but more importantly they WORK, thru generations and people's trials & errors. Just find techniques which work for you and don't waste time to ask "WHY", yet! Even People who FOUND the techniques didn't know why, so, JUST DO IT!
