Doctors who think about leaving clinical medicine have personal reasons that are unique to each person, yet there are a few common reasons that many doctors share. In this video, I share what some of those reasons are and discuss how a doctor's skills, experience, and expertise can translate to other industries and provide value in the market.

“Sometimes you need to take a step backward to launch yourself forward.”

How can you know what you really want to do for the rest of your life? Thats the question i ask

Many People say doctor bc they have tried or experienced anything else

If they actually tried something else, and saw how happy and healthy and well rounded their life was & still make great money, they’d leave medical pathway in a heartbeat

Not sure why you showed up on my timeline

My desire is to preach this to premeds, postbaccs, etc. You dont even need the MD to move into pharma.
My premed (nontrad) journey prepped me for industry!
