Yoda realized why anikan turned at the end of revenge of the sith during the scene when padme gives birth. Organa, yoda and obi wan are told that she’s carrying twins and yoda is scene making a certain face, indicating that he remembers why anikan came to him asking ab death and attachment earlier in the film.
