Raven! How to tell:

A fieldmark birders & ornithologists use in the field are those telltale shaggy throat feathers (if you're close enough or if you can scope it), otherwise it's a wedge tailed (raven) vs. a squared off tail (crow) but in this instance, he didn't flash the shape nor fly off so you can't see it properly in this video. With you being this close however, you can also see those extra long primaries (the outermost flight feathers), which also point to a raven and that thick, long bill. Crows have a pointier, thinner beak than ravens (think triangle vs pointed rectangle). Also, if that's an average sized fencing post, the size fits!

Gonna say Raven based on the size of the bill. Another good sign it's a Raven is the Brow ridge as well. This one has little Brow though. That bill is huge.
I am sticking with Raven.
