Just climb more and supplement with yoga. I'm not sure doing foot balancing on a soft surface, wearing padded shoes, on a balance ball, is gonna necessarily translate all too well to climbing.

Honestly, these exercises are completely useless. Nobody trains their balance outside of the movements very specific to their sport unless they have some kind of inner ear disorder or something.
