Dr. Crawford can you talk about IUI with diminished ovarian reserve. Is it helpful? Is it better than going straight into IVF? What are the chances of pregnancy? Etc… that would be greatly appreciated thank you 🙏🏼

Dear Dr. Crawford, thanks a lot for all the information you share. I have a question: what are the parameters that would not make a sperm sample qualify for IUI? Thanks in advance!

Would love to know what you advise for age related chance with IUI. I am 43, very low ovarian reserve, husband won’t agree to IVF. Actually did better with a mild stim than with letrozole

Thank you so much for the video and all the information you share with us!
Do you think there is point to do IUI with 1% sperm morphology, 118 mln total sperm volume and 28% motility? Also my left tube has a peritubal adhesions. Our doctor told us to do IUI but I am no sure if it is not going to be only a waste of time. I am 33 years old, no kids.

Thank you!

Is it lower chance of fertilization if my follicular phase is longer than normal? My interval is about 32-35 days for many months. Somebody told me that the longer time the eggs take to grow, the lower chance it fertilized. I’m on clomid plus 2 IVF-M but my ovulation day is still on day21. Should I worry about that? Should we try to make the ovulation day earlier like day14? And how?

Thank you. ❤
I appreciate you so much.
