I had 9 failed IUIs we almost gave up we decided to take a break from the fertility drugs and doctors and said “if it happens it happens” chances were low my husband had issues himself but we didn’t give up we got pregnant naturally don’t give up! If this doesn’t work keep trying keep doing whatever you can after 5 years we finally got pregnant! I’m 20 weeks today!!!

I rarely ever comment on youtube, but I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making these videos and for your podcast. I've been listening since this time last year and it has been so informative (and comforting in a way). And this video is very timely as I just had my baseline day 3 appointment today to start my first ever IUI. Wish me luck & send me baby dust!

Thank you for posting this! My husband and I were trying to decide about a second IUI or going to IVF. This was a good confirmation to try another IUI. Loving your videos through these difficult times! Thank you Natalie ❤️

Thank you for this incredibly helpful video! 👏My partner and I met with a reproductive endocrinologist last month and are waiting for my cycle to begin (today or tomorrow) to start testing and monitoring! I appreciate the information about the medicated vs. unmedicated IUI processes and when to start thinking about IVF. 🙌

Love your channel! Only 8 days left in my TWW of our 4th IUI! The 3 one resulted in a pregnancy, but we lost our little jellyfish at 7 weeks. 7 years to get them, and only 7 for them to be ripped away. I feel so good and hopeful about this cycle. I had 45 follicles! Usually it’s around 20. I had 3-4 mature before the trigger

Would you recommend injectables or moving on to IVF if IUI with letrozole has been getting no response? I tried one unmedicated cycle and two medicated (2.5mg and 5mg for 5 days) but only ever had one lead follicle from an AFC of about 20. In fact the higher dose just made my lead follicle over-mature to 25mm on CD10 (trigger that day with IUI on CD11).

I love watching videos on this channel and I understand that doctors do not want women to get scared of the procedures… and maybe some women do not feel any pain during IUI, but there’s plenty of women who feel a lot of pain during IUI, and it starts to feel like gaslighting after a while when doctors keep saying it is not painful when it clearly is to me

What about doing at home IUI with a kit? Does this lessen our chances if we don’t do it in a doctor office?

I just had my first failed IUI. And it was the most painful experience I have experienced. Everyone experience is different. I’m going to try a second round and pray this time isn’t so painful. Imagine having period cramps and lower back pain for 2 weeks non stop on and off.
