Thank you… Quite good… But I should add that not all of these patients need to be referred to an interstitial lung disease center… Pulmonologist do this like bread and butter, and it is not rocket science to us .. ILD centers are very expensive and most patients come back feeling frustrated as though they have been put through a factory and usually with the same diagnosis as made by the pulmonologist.. I refer unusual cases with multiple possible causes .. but even then the ILD center send them back saying "very interesting case, good luck with this patient "
