I'm currently working as a Web Developer with React+TS in the Frontend an C# on the backend side. I think I'll actually stick with C# as it is pretty similar to the points which were made for the case of Java and also because it's so easy to get going with it anywhere now that .Net Core is here to stay.

For 2020 I might want to learn Kotlin or Python to increase coverage of what I can work on.

My choice is 1: Go, 2: JavaScript and... 3: Python
Python might widely used, but it is slow.

JavaScript. There's no skipping it, and I've dabbled in other languages without understanding how the data gets from the client to the server. That, and if I can learn Node then I have some vague idea of how to cobble together an application I would use myself.
