Genshin players have this irrational fear that if people stop playing to try another game, Mihoyo will immediately shut down the Genshin servers and they'll never be able to go back.

Looking at Wuthering Wave footage and I'm just like: "Wow, this game looks really good." 👀

For the hologram for each new difficulty, you unlocked the bosses mechanics, starting to change and have newer movesets, more aggressive and moves faster. More health and hits harder. Higher difficultly is always a one shot or two shot you. And the hardest difficultly they get buffs for themselves.

And also tier list don't matter in this game because even healers can beat hologram( end game). By themselves its just matter a skill issue or not.

I hope Wuthering Wave can attract most of the Genshin Impact players so that miHoYo can finally listen to us, the players, and be more generous.

I have to say i love genshin impact this game was something i always wanted to play but as i grew i jsut started to feel meh about it and it wasnt because of hoyoverse the rewards and stuff like that but rather the style, combat and overall feel of the game i love open world games but i have also grown to love more mature themes darker pallets and fast paced combat so this is why i will be playing wuthering waves i dont hate genshin impact but it doesnt appeal to me anymore while wuthering waves does. Anyway hope all yalls pulls go great in any gacha game ur playing since gacha is pain

Finally someone that doesn't just simply hate on genshin and still appreciate the good things in the game such as the world building, story, lore and music. Just because it's not a perfect game doesn't mean it's a bad game. Wuthering Waves is like the missing piece that genshin needs to be complete so why don't we just play both of them? and stop arguing about which is better.

While I don't really enjoy Genshin that much anymore, I still think it's a good game that has good things to offer. My issue is the Genshin fanbase. You may say it's a "loud minority", but the fanbase is so massive that this "loud minority" is actually a huge amount of people. I've been excited for Wuthering Waves since it's official reveal almost 2 years ago... but I can't help but constantly see Genshin fans attacking Wuthering Waves. Which really sucks to see. I also don't even get why they attack Wuthering Waves. If Wuthering Waves does good and become a competitor for Genshin, then that should make HoYo compete and actually improve Genshin. It's a win-win for everyone.

Then there's the whole argument that Wuthering Waves is a "Genshin ripoff", which if you seen any kind of gameplay, you would see that it's not. Just because it's a open world anime gacha rpg, does not make it a Genshin ripoff. It's a genre, a type of game. And even if Wuthering Waves is similar, isn't that a good thing? It means you'll have another great game similar to Genshin to play.

I'm starting to dislike Genshin and it's fanbase more and more as time goes on. I even saw some Genshin fans review bombing Wuthering Waves, even though the game isn't even out yet. I just don't get it...

one thing that made me play this game, the MC ROVER can solo the high level Hologram even your character 15 level below it, and you don't need certain character in order to make your current character you already have to shine or finish game faster. This game is basically depend on your skill.

If you former player of BOTW and can defeat lynel than this game is not hard for you

I'm happy about WW because i played genshin i loved but the community is toxic for me, and i messed up and becoming toxic and then the same happened with honkai star rail but now i finally have a 2 chance to do it! I shall not mess everything up again..

I really really really loved Genshin, but it's been a few months since I decided to stop playing the game, felt like the huge amount off time I invested was for nothing, specially after the last aniversary events with all the drama and no answer and signs off improvement from Hoyo. I'm super excited for Wuwa, I can't wait

That advice abt not ruining the experience on day one is true. When Genshin first came out, it wasn't THAT big. Heck, I started it on release and I remember how their socmed posts can only garner 500-5k likes at most. I started the game in 2020 w/o knowing what to expect and that's what made me love the game (Now I quit bc of storage and burnout). But yeah, just a two cents.

It's really a good thing, I'm not watching guides on games that I'm interested in and just use it for reference or something I get stuck

Genshin players are insanely delusional. They think that other game success will ruin genshin, meanwhile if it's most like gonna force devs to actually listen to playerbase, and add content/qol

I was genuinely hyped up for this game, and today I uninstalled it just after 3 hrs of gameplay because it literally have same mechanism like genshin, if you are hoping to get a fresh experience in another gaccha game, then its not for you, and for people saying its a hardcore game, no its not, the world exploration is kind of bland but the combat is cool tho but this game doesn't offer something new well then gonna go and play ghost of tsushima.

Wuthering Waves has finally been released and it uses the exact same gacha system as genshin and hsr, and goes as far to copy the amount of currency you get for the same exact price in genshin, and the monthly subscription is exactly the same as genshins. I came into Wuthering Waves thinking it was going to be an amazing free to play game, with a lot more opportunities in the end-game for brokies like me. But really, it’s just a carbon copy of genshin!

Genshin got complacent and comfortable. I love Genshin but i cant wait to play Wuthering Waves and see how it makes Hoyo up their game. (Hopefully).

Playing wuwa, definitely. Been following it since its inception while playing PGR. If it works out then I don't mind supporting kuro games with my money cause i'm getting a decent game in turn
