Elden Ring - Astel, Naturalborn of the Void Boss Fight (No Damage Taken) & Location / Astel, Naturalborn of the Void No Damage No Hit Boss Fight Guide Melee Only, Solo, No Summons / Tutorial / How To Beat Astel, Naturalborn of the Void Elden Ring. Just a quick video showing the Astel, Naturalborn of the Void boss fight and location in Elden Ring. Details below.

The boss design in these games never ceases to amaze me. It looks incredible and was a great fight too. I had a lot of fun with it.

Game progression: I'll be progressing through the game naturally, trying to find all the side-dungeons and bosses along the way, and post them as I go. I won't be farming for levels or materials, but at the same time I won't be actively avoiding them to keep under level either. There may be some bosses I miss along the way and come back to later, or naturally I might end up stronger for some fights compared to others as I progress. The strategies I show will work regardless of level or upgrades though, as shown by all the previous FromSoftware boss fights uploaded on the channel. Feel free to check those out too!

Repeat bosses: There's quite a few repeat bosses in different zones that are essentially the same fight, but I'll still be uploading each individual one to show the location of them. As I'll eventually have a no damage all bosses compilation, I want to include every single one, even if they are repeats. It does mean some will appear multiple times without significant differences to them, but I'd rather just have each of them individually on the channel to show the locations, rather than pick or choose a single one to upload and skip the rest.

PC setup:
MSI MPG Z490 Mobo, i9-10900k CPU, MSI RTX 3090 SUPRIM X GPU, 64GB DDR4 3200 C16 Ram, 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD, 8TB HDD

Imagining Astel, Naturalborn of the Cosmos. I can imaging Astel in Bloodborne. A boss you’d fight in a hidden room in the Upper Cathedral or Research Hall. Such an amazing design.

Dopest boss design ever. I love that they took a Lovecraftian eldritch being and made it beautiful. If it wasnt for the color pallet it could have gone in Bloodborne easily.

This boss took me like 40 tries and I beat it with no flasks and like a sliver of health remaining and this man really taking no damage

Just realized, Astel does a different animation before teleporting that tells you what he will do after teleporting. Arms contracting inwards like a grab = he is about to teleport then grab.

That patience and timing, so many close calls at the end. Such an awesome boss, GGs

This video helped me defeat it especially with being aware that two clicks of the mandible means the next beat is when it attacks with the mandible

am i the only person who has to deal with him lifting me up in the air and slamming me down with gravity magic?

My favourite part of this fight is learning to perfectly dodge the meteors. Very satisfying. Well done

I love how Astel, Naturalborn was easier then Astel, Stars of Darkness

Bleeding Samurai with Rivers of Blood + 8, Bleeding spec, Mimic Ashes +4 . Seven tries, last one I used Rotten Breath on it a couple of times. The Breath did most of the work and I just slashed him at the end.

It took me about 5 tries. I was at level 98 equipped with a greatsword +13 with storm blade ashes of war and the spirit summons of banished knight engvall.

Damn it. Great vid, but I need to see one where he does that gravity lift move. I can’t get the dodge timing right on that move and he does it at least once every time I fight him. I’ve only been able to dodge it once in my attempts.

I was mainly trying Rot Breath and fire damage (Vagabond, mainly strength build) until I started using Regal Omen Bairn, the wraiths that chase down enemies which helped tremendously. It was hard to land damage from strictly my weapon, for me anyway.

The first 70% or so of Astel's health disappears in the first 1 minute and 15 seconds and the remaining health takes twice as long. I love Elden Ring, but Astel is indicative of one of my least favorite aspects of its boss design, and that's just how _little say_ I have in the spacing of the fight compared to previous FromSoft games.

The first time I fought this boss, I almost beat it. The second time, around half health. Third, didnt do a whole lot. Then I would die before doing any damage at all. My god
