It seems to me that the class that we made is only able to, when tagged with @invocable method, query data from the input variable that is specified in the apex action element. Otherwise, it would be querying all the data throughout the org, correct?

Sanjay, can you please create account records in bulk? e.g., 2 or more in the above example may be you will get and error "|FLOW_ELEMENT_ERROR|The number of results does not match the number of interviews that were executed in a single bulk execution request."
