As a newbie to the Ashtanga practice I must say this is the best video by far. The breaths are not exhaustingly long. I feel I can do this practice everyday. The cues are perfect and so encouraging. This practice has been made accessible to everyone with variations I haven’t seen in other Ashtanga videos. Perfect video David, I hope to one day practice with you in real life. Namaste!

Thanks for uploading this video! I have this on DVD, but I no longer have a DVD player! I also have the Short Forms DVD, his guides and book!
