Delphi Clone problems with the USB Port repaired.Error no VCI found. The diagnosis is not recognized

It's a mind-blowing video. I have watched most of your product evaluation videos and then decided to have those products and purchased the Anyscan A30M which is working like a charm. It is a very reliable tool with excellent company backup. I have purchased an NVCI 6516SZ Suzuki. When I installed software it should first install the VCI Manager and prerequisites and then the Suzuki SDT software. But it installs a VCI Manager and says to power up the VCI and when a beep is heard connect the VCI with the computer with the USB cable and configure the VCI. It is unable to configure the unit and two messages pop up saying "The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it" and the other message "Unable to detect the presence of VCI on USB port (29).
Please I look forward for your expertise if you could any solution to my problem. Thank you in advance.

eres un fenomeno!!!
llevo trabajando con este escaner 5 años y me a ido genial, y de golpe y porrazo el ordenador ya no detecta el vci, entro en administrador de dispositivos y no me aparece el vci que puede ser e cambiado el cable usb y tampoco y he probado con otro scanner y si funciona, que problema puede tener la maquina, la he desmontado y no veo nada raro en las placas

Mine delphi DS150E works on other cars with the usb port error via bluetooth, but when i try to connect it to my project car i shows a NO VCI error, also can’t find my engine letters it is Passat 5 1.8 turbo 2004 AWM ( tryed searching Audi A4 b6 2004-2000 and VW Passat 5 2004-2000 1.8t )
